Nutrition: Maybe red meats are not as bad for us as we thought

Anytime you start to talk about nutrition and how it relates to fitness, weight loss, strength training and just eating healthy in general, many believe the old adage that you should try to limit the amount of red meat you should eat. With those responsibilities come pressure, stress and binge eating without much time to exercise. And at 30 years of age, that has become a problem because I am not living a very fit life. Its a problem I am aware of. A problem that I know needs a solution. But it is a problem that thus far, I have been unable to solve. So, in order to get myself off the couch and started down a path of fitness and exercise that I not only desperately need for myself, my family and yes, my business, I have created some extra motivation. Or, you can call it, some extra accountability. However you want to look at it, the ExercisingEntrepreneur.com has been created simply as an outlet to post about my accomplishments, struggles, breakthroughs, challenges and lifestyle as it c
